Returns

UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT ACCEPT ORDER CANCELLATIONS.
AT THIS TIME WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
If you wish to return or exchange your item, please email returns@missimi.co.uk within 14 days of ordering to request a refund/exchange.
Please fill out the returns form sent and send to the returns address provided within 14 days of initial email request. If these deadlines are exceeded you will only be offered store credit.
Please ensure to return your items in their original packaging and condition with all labels and hygiene stickers still attached to be eligible for a refund. If there are any marks, stains or pulls on the item, it will NOT be accepted.
Please also keep your proof of postage in case of your return being lost when on its way back to us.
You will receive a full refund, excluding shipping as this is the cost of P&P.
PLEASE NOTE IF ANY OF THESE TERMS ARE NOT MET YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
We must be made aware of any issues with faulty or damaged items within 4 weeks of purchase, following U.K. guidelines. 
If an order is cancelled after processing, p&p cannot be refunded. 
At this time we are not able to provide free returns and you will be responsible for the sending of the items you wish to return.
We work very closely with our social media team and if we are tagged in photos wearing items which are attempted to be returned, we unfortunately cannot accept the item back due to hygiene reasons.
Please be aware that due to recent recommendations, returns will be left untouched for 72 hours before opening and processing, to ensure safety of our staff and customers.
If your order has qualified for free shipping and you decide to return your full order, the standard shipping will be deducted from your refund.
